That's somewhat understandable, but I wouldn't have freaked out like that
This is why police should not have firearms so easily. First they use them properly then they get cocky and think of themselves as higher than everyone else then at some point they fire at someone. Any semi-decent police officer would not of shouted at you. I have got pulled over a couple of times and no one has ever did that to me for opening my door since my windows broken.
You may be able to sue the cop for false accusation and endangering your life, he'll claim you were suspicious but you had a new tint, they can see that and probably suspend him
Good luck with that. No court in the land is going to suspend a cop for following protocol.
