Today, I got a text from my girlfriend saying she needed more phone credit, so I bought her more and got another message saying "Great, now I have enough credit for this..." as she spelled out a three page message breaking up with me. Yes, I paid for her to break up with me via text. FML

why is everyone complaining that he bought her phone credits? my boyfriend pays for both our cell phones... but that sucks shes clearly a gold digger, you should have realized that at some point before this

aw nobody and i mean nobody should break up using text messaging. If you do want to break up to it in front of the person cause it just means that when you break up in text the relationship was not as important as you thought it was to the other person, which in turn is more pain for you.
