People, if she hit the guy she would be in legal hot water also. The perv wasn't assaulting her.
Could be catigorized as sexual assault. Also she could play the, "scared for her personal safety because she thought she was going to be raped" card. I think most people would take her side.

Why are there so many YDIs for this? The OP has every right to a safe, harassment free workplace. Calling the cops was definitely the right thing to do - what the guy did was illegal. And sue the arse off your boss for unfair dismissal.
