I would definatley sue for wrongfull termination! this is so wrong in so many ways.

There's really not enough to go on in this FML, however firing an employee for calling the police when she was sexually harassed is almost always excessive. She has the right to inform the police, and her employer ought to deal with the relatively minor disruption to his or her business. There are laws protecting employees in extreme cases like this, but the devil is in the details (and the boss's justification). Simply calling the police after being sexually harassed by a customer, if that is the entirety of the incident, is not grounds for termination, but in this economy you can't be too careful with your job.
theres a special section by the gov that looks into stuff like this... but ya , bring him to court , you'll win .
