Today, I got head lice, so I went to a store to buy medicated shampoo. When checking out the cashier saw my shampoo and asked me to leave immediately to protect the other customers. He didn't let me buy the shampoo. FML

Next time grab the shampoo and make a run for it... "To protect the other customers" lol

I'm pretty sure he's not allowed to do that. You left without asking for the manager?

What an assumption-making asshole. How is he supposed to know who you're buying it for? You could've been lice-free and been buying it for a sibling. I would definitely make a complaint.

FYL op but still YDI for leaving he had no right to do that.

Wait, how are you ment to get the shampoo to treat yourself if you can't buy it?!

That is against the law. He is discriminating, and call for the manager. If the manager agrees, call the next person up until you get to the big boss if need be. The clerk had no right to do that. Nor does he have any respect.

Actually, no, not true. They are allowed to do this kind of stuff if it is in the public's best interest. Safety measures do allow a certain measure of freedom. Although I seriously doubt a case of head lice is really that dangerous :p.
