Today, I got into a huge fight with my boyfriend. I called him and started yelling at him over the phone. He told me that if I wanted to end the relationship I should just hang up the phone right then. Before I could say I still love him and don't want to break up, my phone battery died. FML

Today, my boyfriend and I got into a heated argument. He raised his hand like he was going to hit me. Having been hit by my ex before, I panicked and instinctively kicked his legs out from under him. He then dumped me because he said he was just gonna scare me, but I used real violence on him. FML

Sheesh, not every phone beeps when the battery's low (mine doesn't) and not everyone checks the battery level throughout a conversation, casual or otherwise. If you're busy checking the battery, obviously the conversation's not important. I feel sorry for her. And I feel sorry for you people who do nothing but click "YDI" for every FML regardless of story. You guys are lame.

This is why arguments over the phone are lame. If you need to talk to your boyfriend, call him and ask him to meet you in person. That way, he gets the 100% full effect of what you're saying. However, I hope he understands that your phone died.
