@31 I don't know of places paying for blood, but plasma is pretty lucrative. You can donate twice a week and, in my area, earn up to $250 or so a month. Also it's fairly low risk and anyone can donate (usual exceptions apply).

@72- That is very little blood compared to how much blood is needed. In the US alone, 41,000-43,000 pints of blood are needed every day. Plus, blood isn't thrown out for no reason and organizations will inform donors if they find out their blood can't be used for whatever reason.

It's unfair to call them "pathetic." My clients are individuals (both men and women) who have a fetish that seems foreign to you. While you don't have to like the idea yourself, does not mean that other people who do find sexual release from used underpants are weird or "pathetic." Perhaps try to be a little more open-minded towards things you just don't understand.
