Well, at least you're working on it.
Common. I take my car to my local gym even though it's only a few blocks and I can easily walk. I look at it this way, the less work I use to get there, the more energy I can use to actual get a more productive workout. Yeah! How do you like that, universe?
I'll be watching out for your FML when the universe retaliates.
I have to drive to the gym bc there's no sidewalks where I live. Oh Louisiana. I even live in a city, too. Can't walk anywhere except for on the college campus without the very high chance of getting hit by a car.
Always use the stairs to go to such a class :p
Only if it is on a reasonable floor. You don't want to use up tons of energy getting to class and then have too little for when the trainer is able to help you with problem areas to actually do any good.
