Take a mental day and pop some melatonin
You’re astral projecting watching yourself sleep try leaving your bedroom next time
I've had that. a couple of techniques can help 1. If you have an alarm set to wake you, say in 6 hours, try telling yourself "six hours to sleep.. six hours to sleep.."over and over as you're falling asleep. it also helps to imagine a clock with the hands going round till the waking hour. somehow, knowing how long you have helps you get better mileage out of your sleep. 2. supposedly there are studies that say the brain goes through 90 minute cycles while we sleep and we wake up groggy if we get up mid cycle, so it's best to plan to sleep a multiple of an hour and a half. Personally I hate math before bed, but the few times I tried it seemed to help, even with just 4.5 hours of sleep.
