Today, I had a large pimple on my temple. I decided to try the whole "put toothpaste on the zit to make it dry up" technique that all the magazines say to do. Not only is my pimple still there, but the toothpaste irritated my skin and my already large pimple now appears three times bigger. FML

what toothpaste were you using cause it works for me,or its fake?

Did you use gel toothpaste or white toothpaste? You're not supposed to use gel.

I use witch hazel. put it on a tissue or something and dab it on the pimple. it always works.

it may not even be the brand of toothpaste... the OP could just have extra sensitive skin

Hmm. It's a cool illustration, but really has nothing to do with the story. ㄟ㋛ㄏ TBH, the spurting lumps on that thing's back look a lot like something other than the pimples you probably intended them to be....

Squeezing it can push some of the pus deeper in even as it pushes some of it out, so the pimple just comes back in a few days, and now it's ANGRY.
