Fake. Dead specimen - won't squirt, just ooze. Bladder? Not usually part of the kidney specimens. Kidney itself? Channels urine to the ureter via renal pelvis, which if you opened the kidney was already drained. Prepared specimen won't have urine anywhere in it. For the record: I'm a biology teacher who did this same dissection in class today for my homeostasis unit.

HAHA. I dissected an entire pig fetus in Biology. It was pretty nasty.

Not fake. I'm a Bio teacher and this happens rather often. Yes, the blood is emptied out to make room for dissection fluid but the urinary bladder, stomach and intestined often still contain what was there when the animal died. My class dissected bullfrogs last year and found crayfish claws and even pieces of bullfrogs in the stomachs. Gross, but very true.
