YDI. The only way I could remotely see this situation as 'funny' is if you noticed the patient was about to vomit before the EMT or Paramedic did; and you thought the face that you noticed something as an untrained observer before the trained provider did was funny; and not the vomiting itself

I dont get how that is funny first of they are hurt hence the ride in the ambulance and second of all thats kinda being an asshole
