I know too many people with thieving mothers sadly and having a separate, secret account is a clever way of working around this issue. Calling the police is always an option as well.

She is forging your signature. Next time she does it call the cops. teach her a lesson. As much as I hate to say that and do that to a parent. I think you can talk to your bank about making a rule to where she cannot cash them into her account

Use a credit union. They keep your picture on the computer connected to your account so that they can see it's not you.
