She might be able to if she can convince the DMV that this is how her face is. I have a pair of earphones around my neck, which the lady let me keep on. I am not sure why I thought it was hilarious to have them but... I would suggest letting your daughter learn for herself. And if they do let her make that face you will be the first person to tell her in four or five years when she still has to have that stupid picture on her license that you tried to warn her.

59- 'Stupider' is not a word. 57- You are absolutely correct! Every single person has made bad choices before. When you grow out of it, you can sit back and laugh at everyone still doing the silly things such as the 'duck face'. It isn't the older folks fault that the young generation has made themselves look silly. All the older folks can do is try to help and give advice..... Or sit back and laugh.

It's not just kids that are stupid, people of all ages do stupid things. I do stupid things. There is nothing wrong with 'duck face' pictures. As pointed out, I take pictures making dumb faces. But there is a difference between doing dumb things on purpose or because you do not know better. I use a photo where I made a face for FML on purpose. I wouldn't try to use it for my drivers license or work ID.
