Does the business have an HR department? If so, you need to be reporting this stuff, because it's sexual harassment. If there isn't an HR department, I suggest quietly looking for a new job, because eventually he's going to throw a tantrum about you turning him down, and chances are he will fire you and shit talk you to everyone that you apply to.
