Today, I had to run a mile in gym class for fitness training. If it takes longer than 10 minutes to run the stretch, you have to re-take it. My time was 10:02. FML

wow, just take it again another day it's easy I have to run a mile every day, unless you have do it the same day I'm sorry ur teacher sucks

at least your teacher wasn't talking to someone when you passed the line, ignored you when you said you finished and lied about the time cause the other teacher said it was one time and it doesn't take you 10 seconds to sprint from one point to the other. making you run it again.

everyone saying how bad that is is crazy. i am the opposite of out of shape, and during season i can run maybe a 9 minute mile. during off season i would say i can run maybe a 10 minute mile. i play soccer and basketball. its just the way different people are built. i even ran cross country for a season and i was still slow... even with running 4 miles a day.

On my comment you said 5.35. What's going on?

if it took you 10 min to run a mile then you should have to run it again

I got 6:54 mins on that. :)

that's a good sign it's time to get the hell off the coach. if you only have to run 1 mile you should he able to do it in 5 minutes. provided your not lazy and actually put out some effort.

wow you can't run one mile straight at a 6.0 mph pace.. hit the track, treadmill, or get off the couch bro.. damn

I can run a 6 minute mile and I'm a cyclist.
