everyone saying how bad that is is crazy. i am the opposite of out of shape, and during season i can run maybe a 9 minute mile. during off season i would say i can run maybe a 10 minute mile. i play soccer and basketball. its just the way different people are built. i even ran cross country for a season and i was still slow... even with running 4 miles a day.
if it took you 10 min to run a mile then you should have to run it again
that's a good sign it's time to get the hell off the coach. if you only have to run 1 mile you should he able to do it in 5 minutes. provided your not lazy and actually put out some effort.
wow you can't run one mile straight at a 6.0 mph pace.. hit the track, treadmill, or get off the couch bro.. damn
I can run a 6 minute mile and I'm a cyclist.

At least you weren't 10 minutes and 1 millisecond.
