Today, I had to spend £200 at the dentist for fillings and repairs to my teeth. Why do I need them? Because I'm stressed about money and grind my teeth in the night because of it. FML

I have sleep bruxism too. After buying several custom teeth guards at several hundred bucks each, I just discovered the $30 one at CVS which works great. Ever heard of a night guard OP? I use one and my teeth are fine now YDI.

ask your dentist for a fitted mouth guard or buy an unbounded one from a sports store
