Today, I had to walk home from school in the rain, because my mom "didn't have a car to pick me up in". But when I got home, the car had magically appeared. Just great. FML

Happened to me once... only I had to swim across the street... literally swim because the city I lived in had no storm drains. My mom conventionally forgot to pick me up on the day it was raining badly. When I got home, she was inside the house slipping out of the warm shower. I asked her why she didn't pick me up and she said she forgot. That's like forgetting you have a job or that you got paid that day. How can you forget to pick up your child when you do every other day except on the day it rains?

I mean it depends how long the walk is, and how bad the rain is. if its not even 5 minutes and its drizzling then just grow up. if its pouring and more like half an hour then shes lazy
