Under Swiss law your dad can't take neither you nor potentially his wife off his will. He most he can do is reduce your share to its minimum, which is 40% of what you would get if there's no will at all. e.g. leaving a widow and two children = 50% goes to the widow, 25% each to the children, if he'd reduce it, you'd still get 40% of the 25%.
