Today, my boyfriend emailed me this morning to let me know that he had forwarded the joke that I had sent to him to all of his workmates and friends. He was quickly given the heads-up by one of his friends that all of our intimate emails from the day were also included. I'm dating a dumbass. FML

Yeah, if she isn't joking, talk to her about it, if she continues, get out, and get out now. This may seem minor, but this kind of character trait, over time, can lead to serious problems. Talk it over with her, especially with her going behind your back insulting you for something so innocuous, it is nonsensical for a person to make that big of a deal over a double text.
