To me, it is obvious who's money it is. Yours. Your dollar, your winnings (or your loss if it had come up nothing).

Offer to go to the store to buy groceries for your dad. Have him give you money to pay for the groceries. Ask him if he wants anything. If he does, buy it, bring it home, and eat it in front of his face. If he complains, say, "I was the one who gave the cashier the money, so it's mine by your logic."

Legally, it is his money, because he was the one gambling; since you're not old enough, you would have to officially give him the dollar and it becomes his. I think it's a jerk move for him to keep the money, though-- if I were he, I would split the money half-and-half.

My parents used to buy me lottery tickets to scratch cause I always seemed to hit something. Then the game would always be over or the ticket no good when I wanted the money. I know what the hell I won lol
