sounds like the call center i worked at for a whole 2 weeks...twice. Got sick during first time of training...they let me go cuz "i missed too much class". Gave me a second chance, I got sick cuz I'm pregnant...they fired me for good...for missing 1 day of class.
You could easily kick up shit for that, you're pregnant, that's discrimination. It's the same as choosing someone based on their looks or firing them for their ethnicity: they're not allowed to do that.
Fudge, that sucks... But if you have proof for your vacation being approved they have little to stand on. Take it to the court. Good luck!
