Being skinny doesn’t mean you are “in shape”. It just means you aren’t overweight.
Today I learned fitness models are a thing, that people can have a favorite one, and that those same people think a fitness model is worth talking/listening to.
Well, 150lbs when you are 4'5" is kinda high....
People that spend their time obsessing about their body and appearance don’t understand normal people that don’t. It’s not you, it’s her.
Just because you don't weigh much doesn't mean you're in shape... lol
Depends on height. Also, it's possible to be "skinny fat" meaning you aren't overweight, but you still have too much body fat and not enough muscle.
Fit and fat aren’t all that related. Take an office full of people paint balling. You’ll have plenty of normal people gasping. Then two fat former marines whipping ever living shit out of everyone. Not just in shooting but speed, it was ——ing scary.

Weighing 150lbs doesn't mean anything. Are you 5'2"? 6'4"? Male? Female? Do you have a gut or a six pack? Weight, without other variables, is useless for telling what sort of shape you are in.
You can still be out of shape even if you aren't over/underweight
