Today, I opened up my laptop to replace a faulty chip inside, which took me half an hour. When I closed it all up again, I saw the replacement part in its packaging on my desk. FML

Your brain seems to be malfunctioning. Try turning it off and on again.

Ah it happens OP. But hey, you're smart enough to replace a laptop chip! Maybe not to ACTUALLY replace it hehe

Half an hour really isn't that long.

Maybe consider it a practice round for the real thing?

Brain.exe is not responding... Everybody has a brain fart every now and then. I once spent best part of a day trying to figure out why my games wouldn't play, next Mornin a guy at work mentioned graphics drivers and it all made sense

The three L's of life. Lesson learned late.

Once I disassembled my laptop, gathered screws together and forgot which screw goes where as well as how to assemble the damn thing again. One is not alone and luckily I have a brother, who's a computer wizard.

I don't really get what the issue is. If it took me only a half hour to solve every problem I had, my life would be problem free.
