Not necessarily a bad thing...I'm not sure about Romania, but male grooming is usually considered a good thing in North America. I prefer my men manscaped! :)

'completely' is a misplaced modifier here as it is implied that the nuts are shaved completely as opposed to the conversation, which necessitates that the true meaning must be inferred.
