Today, I phoned up my bank's customer service department. I waited eleven minutes on hold with the lovely music, and when a woman finally picked up, I ran out of phone credit. FML

Yeah you deserved that one, who the hell calls and waits for over 10 minutes on a mobile phone as they know their credits draining, use a landline phone next time.

how can people not understand what this means? so the OP called the bank from a pre-paid mobile phone, was put on hold for a long time then when he finally got through to talk to someone at the bank, the money on his phone ran out and cut him off!

ydi, credit chews quickly when you're ringing those numbers.

happened to me the other day OP. What I've been doing is loading up on credits (60-70) and then make my calls. (I'm assuming you have a text free app.)
