Today, I realized that acne is a major side effect of a medication I'm taking. The medication is to help me with my anxiety. The acne is creating more anxiety. And the more anxious I get, the more meds I need. And the more my face breaks out. FML

That's like saying "it's not the knife sticking out of your chest that's killing you, it's your vulnerability to stab wounds." The dude can care about how he looks if he wants to. Just find a different medication.

To everybody saying 'get off the meds': Shut up. Sorry, but seriously. Do you have an anxiety disorder? Do you know how hard anxiety attacks are? Do you know how physically sick anxiety dirorders can make you? No, for the most part, you probably don't. So please. To Jojo: Go to your doctor. Tell them that this medication is only making things worse. My medication has no problems with me, I bet you can find one that works for you. Until then, I know how it doesn't help too much, but chill about the acne. Use a bit of concealer to cover the worst, and the rest doesn't matter. So many people get acne, nobody really cares. Promise, tell yourself you're beautiful, it'll make you feel better.
