Today, I realized that in my relationship with my significant other, the roles are switched. We went out for a nice dinner, I paid, and when we got home he "had a headache" and asked for an aspirin so he could go to sleep. FML

"Roles are switched?" Is going beyond society-instituted gender roles and stereotypes really such a big deal that you felt the need to complain about it on FML? Yeah, of course it's nice when your significant other pays for dinner, but the sentiment goes both ways. And since when are headaches a "feminine" attribute? o_0
