Well, they aren't really liked in the family and I think that its both really rude and sad of them to try and piggy-back their special occasions with mine. My sister in-law and her fiancee got engaged in the waiting room while I was in ACTIVE labour with my daughter and got pissed off that everyone wasn't falling over themselves to congratulate them.

Order a birthday cake (a big one), have it delivered to the reception site and celebrate your birthday in the middle of the bitch's reception. She deserves it! Or Skip the wedding, go out & celebrate your birthday! She's spiteful & did this on purpose! If you let her treat you this way, she'll do it for the rest of you're life. You'll be the free nanny anytime she wants, you'll be the scapegoat anytime her life messes up. Don't take it.
During the wedding, offer to make a toast, and say that having your brother be blessed with such a "sweet and wonderful" woman for his wife was the best birthday present you could ask for. Stare at her with a forced smile the entire time.
Bitch
Just make sure to make an "extra special" toast at the wedding saying how honored you are that they chose the same day as your birthday to get married on and your looking forward to sharing the day and celebrating with them for many years to come! *cue hige fake smile*
What a bitch.
Op I'd just say **** you it's my bday and I'll have a party if I wanna
