Well, they aren't really liked in the family and I think that its both really rude and sad of them to try and piggy-back their special occasions with mine. My sister in-law and her fiancee got engaged in the waiting room while I was in ACTIVE labour with my daughter and got pissed off that everyone wasn't falling over themselves to congratulate them.

Tell 'em straight up you'll go and be happy for them, but it's still your birthday, and you're gonna have a bitchin' birthday damnit! :D
Tell her to go **** herself =_=
That's so rude. It's your special day and I know she's getting married but u need your special day too!
Easy :) do not celebrate it at the wedding. As soon as they leave the reception, have your own massive after- party without them.
**** her. Seriously get hammered and ruin that shit day.
For the wedding gift wrap a beautiful customed designed cake that says "Happy Birthday (your name)" And don't forget to make an extra special toast about how thoughtful your new sister in law was to not have to burden you any longer with aging, since you now no longer have a Birthday, just an anneversary for her brother to celebrate. Also she is just the worst.

Celebrate it anyways. I hate self centered people.
