Get over yourself
So? Knowing how to use 'quantum' in a sentence does not entitle you to a bigger salary. It does NOT mean that you're a more intelligent person, that you have a better education or more skills than DreamWork's CEO. A person's achievements and qualifications do not suddenly become insignificant because they misused one word.
Just because you know the meaning of "quantum" doesn't mean you are smarter than him. He owns and opperates a huge buissness while you plant flowers. Although your work may be hard, and you obviously think it's harder than his job. You can't talk bad about someone who don't know
If you aren't happy about you're pay, quit watching shows about highly paid CEO's and go find a better a job. And since you understand the word quantum, maybe you should become the new CEO of Dreamworks.
Sorry OP. Guess it's time to become your own CEO and show them how it's done.
Maybe if OP spent more time working towards something he is passionate about, instead of focusing on other people's grammar, he would be more successful.
The CEO of Dreamworks got there for skills other than vocabulary. If you would like a job that reflects your skills, pursue a career in it.
It's like some sports players...you can see a few doing things incorrect and still get paid millions to do so
For the record, most professional sports players are disgustingly overpaid.
If you like gardening, start your own landscaping business. If you don't like gardening, change your career.

Sadly, most of the CEOs in this world just have the grunts do the real work. They're intellectually equivalent to a potato.
