Today, I spontaneously got my ear pierced. By spontaneously, I mean my 12-year-old sister stabbed one of her earrings into my ear while I was sleeping. She claimed the freckle on my earlobe looks "exactly the same" as the hole from her ear piercing. FML

Today, I had a spur of the moment idea to go have my nose pierced. The piercer made sure to tell me how easily the little stud could get caught or hung up. I spent all day stressing over it only to scratch my nose and rip it out. Now I have a $40 bleeding hole in my nose. FML

Today, I found out that my stepsister loves sticking random household objects in her ear in an attempt to collect ear wax. I found out when I walked in on her trying to pick all the wax out of the bristles of my toothbrush. FML

Today, I got a nipple piercing. My girlfriend thought I was pranking her with a fake piercing, because I wouldn’t be "daft enough" to get a real one, and she yanked it off, or rather through, my nipple. Yes, it cut my poor nip in half, and I now have two nipples where once I had only one. FML

Today, I got a second piercing in my ear. I needed help cleaning the back, so I asked my dad for help. I told him to careful, but right when I did, he tore the earring out with the cotton swab. Thanks, dad. FML

The person who pierced her ear planned it and made effort. A hole didn't spontaneously appear in her ear lobe. Someone put it there.

But look at the second half of the definition. OP definitely didn't plan to get her ear pierced. And it doesn't matter if someone else planned it, OP put NO effort into any planning, so it does follow the definition.

I find earrings and other holes/tattoos/man made permanent marks are against my beliefs. I'm 31 and its my choice never to be pierced. I would be pissed at her! A healed piercing makes a divot you can feel. I wonder why she didn't notice it wasn't going in smoothly!? Lock the door, ground her, get a tetanus shot!
