Today, I started some laundry late at night. Once my clothes were in the washer for about a half hour, I got bored and I decided I would listen to my iPod. After looking for it for another 15 minutes, I remembered where I'd left it; in my jacket... which is now nice and clean. FML

well, if you tried to turn it on while it was still wet, you shortcurcuited it. and then you're screwed. i washed my nano with video. 3 times. because i'm a lazy bastard who forgets to move his clothes to the dryer. blow dryer, 2 hours, only thing off now is the audio receiver on the camera.

put it in a bowl cover with dry white rice for a few days -washed mine also works prefect after the rice trick!

You need a bowl of rice hun :p put it in there and leave it for 2 weeks. Do NOT turn it on in the meantime. Happened to me before mine got stolen... Hope this helps!

I did that to my iPhone before. I put it in rice, and it started working again. Although it randomly played some of my songs, but it was better than nothing! :)

Ouch that sucks. I've destroyed important papers because they were in pockets countless times. It's good idea to make a habit to check pockets before tossing into washer.
