#11: take your battery out and put it back in. and from now on, instead of hitting the end or back buttons to exit your programs, hit the blackberry button, scroll down and press 'close'. this ends the program so that they aren't all running at the same time. also go to your internet settings and turn off java script and embedded media. and in the future, don't buy phones that you are too stupid to opperate

I ordered one when they first came out and waited impatiently almost 2 weeks for it to arrive..then afterwards realized that the blackberry signal doesn't work when I leave the country...I spend almost half my week in Canada...

I have a blackberry passport, and also travel across that border often from alberta to texas, and have never had a problem in either country with signal. Other than where there's no towers anyway.
