no, under a certain age at Planned Parenthood if you say you're parents don't know you're there they give you the pills free. otherwise they're discounted.

Oh like she can control if she gets pregnant or not. If they didn't use protection then they are both at fault, but if they did use protection and it failed then neither of them are at fault. It not like she can tell the egg not to except the sperm
