Today, I took my girlfriend to a public place before confessing that I've been seeing another woman, to avoid a dramatic scene. After being rushed to the hospital with a concussion and broken nose, I think it's safe to say my plan didn't go very well. FML

Why do stupid people like you come on here and expect sympathy? Douche!

What you did was legal. What she did was not. Press charges. Don't cheat again, but what she did was worse.

You so deserved that. More power to women who double fists up and strike instead of crying. That will teach you.

Bet you be mad if it'd need the other way around.

Cheating on your girlfriend and then taking her to a public place to avoid the drama was a shitty thing to do. That being said, nobody deserves to be physically assaulted like that over relationship drama. Ask yourselves how you would feel if a guy gave his girlfriend a concussion after she cheated on him.

You didn't go wrong with the cheating part. . . but on the telling it part... "its only cheating if you talk about it"

Clearly, your now ex-girlfriend, has no shame in a little attention. Probably should have known that before you cheated on her.

So, did you decide to take your girlfriend to a public place to avoid a "dramatic scene" or a "punch in the face"? It sounds like you knew she could knock you out fairly easily. Considering that a concussion and dislocated nose were all you suffered, she was going light on you for the public's sake.
