During the interview not a good idea, they are trying to judge how professional you are( it also depends on where you are applying). Joking with the guys on the job sure. Though any comment that really bothers the person can be looked at as harassment by HR. I used to work at a hospital and the head of safety made a sexual joke to the woman that works the gift shop. He was removed as the head of safety and got in a lot of trouble and was eventually let go I believe. Two of the biggest rules of comedy are knowing your audience and timing.
