If i stumbled into a carjacking i would probably run too
Customer-My pizza didn't arrive in 15 minutes is it free? In all seriousness I hope you get better soon.
Check to see if there was cctv nearby! If you were at home, I'm sorry. Ask all the shops!
Hit-and-run is a crime, but carjacking-and-running is how the scheme works. If a carjacker stayed to render aid to the stranded motorist, that wouldn't be very effective.
Might not press charged if it was me though. Bloke stayed to help, il let him rob the next guy lol
Grand Theft Auto in real life
And this ladies and gentlemen is why many of us Americans are so adamant about our self-defense rights.
Pretty sure you wouldnt have enough room to get a gun out or enough time.
I'm not going to put what ifs above my or my family's safety. I carry and I train. Just because I am not military or law enforcement doesn't mean I can't hit what I'm aiming at. You're welcome to gamble with your life, I'm not.
You still don't see it. I wasn't talking about you protecting yourself but someone else with the gun and you or your wife, child are an innocent bystander. In this situation you are forced into a far greater gamble for your life, their life because now you must rely on the other person who may not have been trained or just is a lousy shot to hit their target. And if they missed??
would a carjacker even take on a car with a family in it. all the instances I heard of are of just the carjacker and a single driver. Otherwise it would get too messy and colluded so hypothetically speaking if you are driving around with your family, you shouldn't really worry about a carjacking happening. Plus if the carjacker had a gun and you were with your family then you pulling out your own gun would potentially put your family more at risk than all of you just bailing and giving up the car. screw first ammendment politics and use common sense first.
#45 The scenario I suggest is that the person, his wife or kids aren't in the car but bystanders walking, standing on the street which get caught up in situation just because they are there. The situation evolves the driver pulls out a gun, goes to shoot the carjacker, misses and hits one or more of the bystanders perhaps killing or maiming them. Would anyone in that position if it was one of their loved ones be still so adamant about the right to carry arms by just anyone? Now I am not anti gun but find it amazing that anyone can carry a weapon and apparently use it anyway they see fit under the guise of "self protection" I just wanted a honest answer under those conditions.
Sounds like a mission straight outta GTA 5
You gonna get a lot of money ?
No better way to add insult to injury.
I voted "I agree, your life sucks", but then I saw your name and decided that you deserve it!

Not really sure a pizza should be driving to begin with.
I really hope you didn't get hurt too bad, but also I can't stop laughing at you name!
