And they aren't going to be any less awkward now? Your ex-boss is fairly stupid.
She's also like 12. I hope your a little kid to because if not that's kinda creepy
sue him you can you know those aren't legal grounds for firing
tennessee is an employment at will state, so, while the reasoning is bullshit, there is no legal standing for retaliation UNLESS you are either unionized or have an employment contract (or if your boss's conduct was found to be in violation of federal employment laws, which only covers shit like discrimination, not "my boss is literally retarded"), neither of which is particularly likely since this here GREATEST COUNTRY IN THE WORLD values its citizens far less than it does the soulless will of multinational corporations. the only thing that allows for fair treatment of employees (other than unions which have been essentially castrated by the media and portrayed as the evil blue-collar worker looking to bankrupt our darling, lovable CEO) was the Model Employment Termination Act of 1991, which requires employers to provide good cause for the termination of an employee. it has only been adapted by delaware and washington d.c., so don't be holding out hope that you CAN'T be bent over and raped up the ass by whatever faceless entity employs you for the moment.
god, what an awfully constructed post. WELCOME TO THE WORD SALAD BAR, ALL YOU CAN READ
it sucks that my penis curls!!
Check your state laws, you could sue for wrongful firing. Or go out of your way to make things akward at family reunions.
she can't sue, wrongful termination only applies to a very limited number of cases, and the likelihood that her situation is in violation of the employer's termination policy is very low. not to mention tennessee is an at-will employment state, so even if his cause for firing her IS wrong, there has to be a veritable mountain of evidence that there was a specific, illegal intention to fire her in order to get a lawsuit off the ground.
True, but they might settle to avoid embarrassing negative press and legal costs if threatened.
wow he just completely dominated you.

I think that his firing you would make it awkward, but I don't think it would have been before. FYL
I think your Boss' plan backfired. If anything, this is going to make things even more awkward.
