Today, I was giving a lecture to my class I heard a phone go off. Aggravated and exhausted, I asked everyone to turn their phones off. Then the phone rang again. I lost my shit and spent the next half hour calling my students a bunch of "technology whores". Then I realized the phone was mine. FML

Today, while teaching my class, I hooked my laptop up to the projector and put on a documentary. I left it playing and went to the toilet. When I came back, the whole class was talking to my mother. She must've Skyped me while I was gone and someone answered the call. FML

Today, my phone rang during a meeting. I quickly silenced it, and put it in my pocket. A few minutes later, my boss’s phone rang. It was me, butt-dialing him while we were sitting in the same room. He answered and asked if I had something urgent to discuss. I did not. FML

Today, I needed to call my mom to get some info so I dialled the number on my work phone. Not 2 seconds after, my cellphone rang. I got super pissed off because I hate when people call me on my cell at work. It was me. I'd dialled my own number. FML

Today, as I was yelled at by a middle school teacher in front of 30 6th graders for breaking the rule of "no cell phones in school." Luckily, I escaped being sent to the office after explaining I'm a 21 year old college student doing student teaching observations, not a middle schooler. FML

Happened in my class too. Im a student and it bugged the crap out of all of us. Seriously: 1) noe ure ringtone 2) DONT ******* BLAME US U STUPID COW 3) why are we technology ****** if your the one who doesnt turn off his phone>? 4) **** YOU i am sorry for the inappropriate language, but i just hate it when you blame us and call us inappropriate names then its your fault! >:P

sounds like my former french teacher, who at first said "whoever owns that phone please shut if off" so i did, but then when i took my phone out and proceeded to put it on vibrate, she confiscated it bcuz she thought i was txting someone.
