Today, I was home alone in the shower when in the opening of the curtain, I could see a man in a ski mask. I passed out, hit my head on the tub. I then found out it was my dad pulling a prank on me. I almost died cause my dad wanted to see me scream like a girl. FML

Hey, original poster here.. He wasnt trying to see me naked. We have a shower curtain where u can see out if ur in the shower but cant see in if your out. And i did almost die because i cracked my head open.

alll of the people saying that its no big deal that you fainted are wrong. A girl in my town fainted in the shower and drowned leaving the entire family grieving.

How did you almost die? I mean, the chances of dying from that particular head injury are very very low. I'd consider this an FML because your dad's a bit mean and that would be embarrassing, but you didn't need to overdramatize it by calling it a near death experience.

Dude, my reaction would've been even worse, I have crazy overreacting reflexes, so I would've jumped my naked ass out of the shower and tackled him, which would've been even more awkward because I would've been lying naked on top of my dad.
