Take the compliment. If you think you have little to no friends then try being a little more social.
#12 It's not always that easy of a fix. Perhaps OP is shy? It can take awhile to overcome that.
I understand how difficult it can be at times, but being social is a step in the right direction. This is my second semester at this university and I JUST started making new friends. So i know all too well how difficult it can be to make friends. But I can honestly say that even though I wanted to make friends, I wasn't putting much enough effort into doing so. I was always cooped up in my dorm studying and never once did I attend any of the social events on campus. Everything changed once I decided to get up and be a little more social. ( Both my shyness and nagging insecurities makes it a lot difficult for me to make new friends). It took time but it work. So it goes to show that it's not completely impossible. In the case of the OP, he or she could start online. The Internet is a great way to find things to do in your area. I think being in school makes it a little easier though.
Thats a hell of a life story
don't be a basement dweller
Ouch. I barely have friends anymore but that usually what happens to people with children and those without, at my age. Maybe you should be a little more open at school or work? Or maybe youre doing just fine without all that and at least your mom thinks youre turning out ok :)
What... it's a good thing you don't.
That's what she said.
awe. I'll be your friend!
hey Gelica wanna be my friend too while ur at it? Maybe we can go hang out in my bedroom sometime where I could show you my brand new king size bed, and my extremely large collection of size XXL condoms.
Just stick with having only a few close friends. A lot of people will try to bring you down, and like the saying, 'if you have nine broke friends, you'll be the tenth one", is true. Without all of those distractions and peer pressure, you'll grow up to be successful, in my opinion and personal experience.
Sorry, OP! If I'd gone to any other school besides the artsy high school I attended, I likely wouldn't have had any friends. It just takes finding people who are similar to you. I know that's hard! My high school friends have all moved away, so I'm kind of in a transition period friends-wise right now. I know how tough it is.
Hi.
#58 Hi? :P
Um...thanks for deciphering that cryptic message.
Yeah, I almost had to put this into the Enigma Machine before t3hk4d3 decoded it and saved me a boatload of time.

LMAO! Awesome Mom. The truth hurts, OP. :)
