Today, my phone received a text which rarely happens. While getting my phone, I stubbed my toe, just to see a message from a telemarketer. Now my toe hurts and I didn’t even want what they were selling. FML

Today, I was visiting my new in-laws for the first time. During an awkward silence, I took my phone and figured I'd send my friend a text jokingly saying "Mayday, mayday! Somebody save me!" My mood lightened up a little and I felt quite well until my mother-in-law's phone beeped. Yep. FML

Today, my dad texted me saying he had "big news." I immediately called, thrilled, because I assumed he meant that he finally found a job and that our money troubles were over. The "big news" was him being excited at seeing an actor from one TV show he likes in another TV show. FML

Today, I was at AT&T getting my phone fixed. At one point, the salesman said, "You should see this." It was a text message from some girl apologizing for sleeping with my boyfriend for the past four months, and telling me that they were moving him out of our apartment. FML

Lol wow not even ur mom bugs u? Lol I regret the day I showed my mom how to text. I turn off my ringer so I can't hear the text from her & friends, or the occasional "friend" that "jus text to see how u were doin." but u know she jus sweatin u and the fact that u didn't even so much as txt her after u got it. Lol get some friends dude, it's really not that hard jus put ur self out there! All they can do is say no. Then u move on to the next!
