#120 Are you retarded? It would be incredibly easy for the stranger to grab OP's foot and pull off her shoe, especially if OP was wearing loosely tied shoes, flats, heels, flip flops, etc.

Concealed carry? Are you saying you'd shoot someone who poses no physical threat to you over one shoe? And on a side note, the most likely place for a woman to carry a concealed weapon would be inside her purse where it is absolutely useless against purse thieves.

I highly doubt that carrying a concealed weapon (I will assume that is what you are referencing) would have PREVENTED anything. The would-be purse snatcher would have still tried; OP would have still held on; the would-be purse snatcher would have still stolen the sandal. If she were quick enough, OP may have been Able to draw down on her, but highly doubtful (find weapon, ready weapon, stand up, reapply garments as needed, open stall door, locate intended target). Unless you were talking about concealer. That certainly could have prevent the issue; with enough applied in the correct location, the OP would have been concealed from would-be thief and they would not have. Priced the purse to try and steal.

She has already said that there wasn't a hook on the back of the door. And it's difficult to hold onto your bag while going to the toilet when you need your hands to get the toilet paper and wipe etc. Which is why she put her bag on her feet, it wasn't on the floor.
