Lol, you're whipped by your dog. If my dog randomly say down in the middle of a walk, I would have snapped the leash and forced him back up by dragging the leash. Your dog should serve you, not the other way around. And don't say "Oh, I'm not strong enough to make him walk..." because I have an 80 pound dog and I'm only 120 pounds. And I can do it with my dog.
