dunno if any of you have noticed but this guy is named Justin, and he is from Ontario, Canada... Bieber resemblance?
AND a coupon for a haircut? definantly Bieber.
haircuts are like twelve bucks, why are you complaining?
At least you get a free haircut.
What do you expect? Canada, man
I feel more bad for the people behind her in line.
Wow, did you get the haircut?
Don't exaggerate. I work in fast food (if Tim Horton's counts) too and 20 min is a lifetime. 4 minutes is a long wait too, which is probably much more accurate.

You should have looked her straight in the eyes, looked up to her hair and said "It's okay, I think you'll need it. But make sure the hairdresser chooses the cut, because something tells me you aren't the greatest at making decisions."
I've heard that Canadians are exceptionally polite. Maybe she was trying to subtly tell you that she found a hair on her donut. Next time she comes in and tell her she's won a free cream-filled donut, and then go in the back and make her a "special" one. Include a complimentary hair of a different sort.
