Today, a guy took me on a date to McDonald’s. I smiled, but told him politely that I don’t eat fast food. He called me a stuck-up snob and a high maintenance gold digger who didn’t deserve him. I’m neither. I have IBS and greasy food sets me off. I had to walk home. FML

his mommy must have only given him enough for a happy meal and that was his excuse. thats almost as bad as someone taking you out to a nice restaurant and letting you order what you want then when the waiter/waitress ask for his order, with a wink he shows them the brown paper bag he pulled from his coat pocket and tells them no thank you i brought my own...

On my first date, neither of us had a lot of money, so we went to the $2 theater and ate at mcD's after, I paid (I am a female) and I still think of the day fondly. However, I think the way OP's date put it was rude.
