It's not that hard to beleive... Have you never seen people with the fake-ass drawn in eyebrows? Unfortionatly it's not that uncommon, and the op said she didn't fully understand what the lady said, although she really should have asked until she understood o.o

theres no way this happened. if they run a salon im sure they know that most people dont want all of their eyebrows waxed off. i doubt they would immediately come to that conclusion.

How else do you interpret "All of them off"? Your fault for not stopping them & telling them what you wanted, or hell... asking to repeat it at least. ._.

that's why you never go in to something like waxing without knowing exactly what you want and TELLING them. i learned that when they made my eyebrows pencil thin after i said i just wanted them 'cleaned up'. on that note, i agree with #39.

In Asia, that's what a lot of girls do, they draw on their eyebrows with pencil instead. You really should've been more clear.

#2! You took the words out of my mouth! #42, I imagine she figured out what she said when she looked in the mirror and saw her eyebrow missing! Sometimes I don't hear people very well, but then can tell a story about it based on the results.. It's not hard to figure out..
