Rhyno tells us more.
To explain a bit more in detail, I pulled a U-Turn and the dog ran out of the yard and boom... It was a medium sized dog, I drive an SUV and didn't see it as I was making the turn. I didn't even know they had a dog... haha The following 20 minutes were probably the most uncomfortable of my life, after I knew the dog was fine I kinda laughed nervously and left. "Hi I'm the guy who is dating your daughter, sorry about the dog"... Live and you learn.

you deserve it man, if your that oblivious to your surroundings, then how are you expected to keep that girl around?
Holy ****, I looked at the comments here when there were only 20 and there are still idiots argueing about grammer.
wow man, that blows, but really, are you that oblivious to your surroundings
Wow. That really sucks. It's a good thing the dog is okay though. Why didn't they have better control over their dog...I'm sorry but if they're letting the dog run out into the street it's just kind of an accident waiting to happen. Granted you should pay more attention but things happen. Imagine trying to introduce yourself. "Hey. Nice to meet you. I just ran over your dog." That's not really an FML on you though (minus the whole impression thing)....more FML on your girl's family for letting the dog run in the street in the first place.
......what happened next?
Another reason why stupid people shouldn't have pets. No way in hell would I let my dog run out on the road.
#160, who said the dog was visible when looking in the direction the car is moving? It very well could have run under the rear tires, or even the front tire coming from the side. Some of you people have no imagination for the situation. You think whenever somebody hits a dog, the dog was obviously standing still in the middle of the road and quite visible for 50 yards, and the person wasn't looking and just ran over the dog in plain sight. Seriously. That's not how most pet accidents occur. Dogs are retarded. They run under tires.
To everyone who commented on bad grammar... "their" is perfectly correct... it's possessive... fail.

How is making out with your significant other somehow worse then KILLING THE FAMILY PET? You got some priority issues, man.
