Today, I went to the bar to celebrate my friend's birthday party. I gave the bouncer my ID and he kicked me out, saying that I should at least use an ID card with the correct gender. I'm 22 and female, he thought I was an underage boy. FML

It's possible she looks nothing like a boy. I've met women who are very obviously female who were called a boy b/c some people are just plain stupid. I've also met men who were called women when it was obvious they were men.

I would make some self-righteous post about what exactly makes someone a woman externally, but instead I'll just mention again there are several idiots in the world who will assume someone obviously a certain gender is the opposite gender. Friend of mine mistook a chick who actually WAS in a dress for a man.
